SMALL PROJECT ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the generation, review and assessment of cost and schedule information and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years experience in Facilities Engineering. Experience in oil and gas projects and offshore project environment is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self driver.

• Understanding of project scheduling, analysis and Work Breakdown Structure.

3) Participate in offshore commissioning, start up, initial operational troubleshooting, and project closeout.

Main Responsibilities:
1) Implement the integrated project planning system and schedule within the Projects. This is to ensure that planning and scheduling for each phase of the projects from pre FEED through to start-up are established fully and integrated with the respective Projects Group and departments.
2) Prepare, develop and implement procedures and methods to ensure proper control and measurement of project progress and reporting.
3) Ensuring proper control on the implementation of the approved contractors planning, scheduling and progress measurement.
4) Provide project administrative function as needed and establishment of various related project procedures.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with min. 8 years experience in the establishment of project schedules, planning and status reporting in oil and gas projects, from preliminary engineering through detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up end commissioning.
• Customer Oriented and Organization: coordinate with various disciplines to insure compatibility with all interface areas of the project.
• Computer Skill: computerized planning packages in particular, Primavera. Other software package such as MS Project and knowledge of other software packages are advantageous.
• Strong leadership to coordinate a team of project controllers of both company and contractors.
• Proactive and Self Starter; inquisitive to identify what needs to be done.

CONTRACT ANALYST

Main Responsibilities:
1) Proactive involvement in all aspects of contracts administration from the planning phase, through the bidding phase, execution and close-out.
2) Have a lead role in the overall process and be responsible for timely execution of the work to ensure that Contracts function is performed efficiently, cost effectively and Contract business is conducted ethically and in line with good business practice.
3) Contribute to the efficient administration of the Contracts function and participate in the planning and setting of strategies for new contracts.
4) Preparation of front-end documentation including tender plans, adverts and prequalification documents.
5) Administer the prequalification process including the efficient handling of clarifications and evaluation of responses.

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the preparation & administration of major contract doc & 5 years minimum in the Indonesian offshore oil & gas business.
• Fully familiar with the requirements of Keppres 18/2000, SK-077, BP077 Rev III and BP0997 and the 2004 revisions 007/PTK/VI/2004.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be self-driven and be capable of working in a challenging environment with minimal direction.
• Reasonable understanding of Indonesian Employment & Tax regulation as they apply to expatriates and national contract personnel.
• Must be reliable and dependable.

Storage and loading facilities will be provided for export of LNG and gas condensate products by marine tankers. Tangguh LNG Project, approved in Q1-2005, is one of the most complex projects in BP's
portfolio and is one of the 5 major New Profit Centres in BPs growth strategy. The
development involves tapping offshore gas fields, with proven resources of 14.4 tcf, and
producing liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the Bintuni Bay area of the province of Papua
(formerly called Irian Jaya).

The Tangguh LNG Facilities will comprise two offshore production platforms linked by two
sub-sea pipelines to an onshore LNG Facility which is being constructed on a greenfield
site on the south shore of Bintuni Bay in Papua. This location provides good sea access,
stable soils and ample area for future expansion. The LNG plant will be a complete
grassroots development including all ancillary facilities required to be self-supporting.
Two liquefaction trains will be constructed initially, with each train having LNG production
capacity of 3.8 mtpa. Storage and loading facilities will be provided for export of LNG and
gas condensate products by marine tankers. Utility systems providing electricity, steam,
water, and other plant needs will be constructed to meet daily plant requirements.

Storage and loading facilities will be provided for export of LNG and gas condensate products by marine tankers. Tangguh LNG Project, approved in Q1-2005, is one of the most complex projects in BP’s portfolio and is one of the 5 major New Profit Centres in BPs growth strategy. The development involves tapping offshore gas fields, with proven resources of 14.4 tcf, and producing liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the Bintuni Bay area of the province of Papua (formerly called Irian Jaya).

The Tangguh LNG Facilities will comprise two offshore production platforms linked by two sub-sea pipelines to an onshore LNG Facility which is being constructed on a greenfield site on the south shore of Bintuni Bay in Papua. This location provides good sea access, stable soils and ample area for future expansion. The LNG plant will be a complete grassroots development including all ancillary facilities required to be self-supporting. Two liquefaction trains will be constructed initially, with each train having LNG production capacity of 3.8 mtpa. Storage and loading facilities will be provided for export of LNG and gas condensate products by marine tankers. Utility systems providing electricity, steam, water, and other plant needs will be constructed to meet daily plant requirements.

The Tangguh LNG Project is a world class integrated upstream and LNG liquefaction plant project located in Bintuni Bay , West Papua Province , Indonesia . BP is the Unit operator (37% working interest) leading an international joint venture that includes CNOOC, Nippon Oil, Mitsubishi, Inpex, LNG Japan, Kanematsu and Mitsui. Tangguh Project was sanctioned in March 2005, and is one of the 5 major New Profit Centers in BP’s growth strategy. The identified gas resource base is c. 20 Tcf from three PSCs in the Bintuni Basin , with significant additional potential in the area.

Tangguh Phase I is under construction with first LNG production expected in Q4 2008. Phase I includes two offshore production platforms, subsea pipelines, two LNG liquefaction trains and associated storage tanks, loading jetty and other facilities. Initial gas production of 1.4 Bcfd will come from the Vorwata Field to support delivery of the design LNG production capacity of 7.6 MTPA. Sales have been arranged under four long term agreements with customers in China , Korea and Mexico .

The Tangguh Phase II expansion project is in the Appraise Stage, and is comprised of one or more additional LNG trains supported by additional tranches of gas from known fields in the three PSC unit areas. BP is also pursuing interest in adjacent exploration acreage. Phase II is expected to access high value market opportunities.

Tangguh LNG will operate and control 7 (seven) LNG ships to deliver LNG cargoes on Delivery Ex Ship basis (DES cargo) and one of the Buyers will provide their LNG ships to lift Free On Board (FOB) LNG cargoes.
