Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum Degree in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian HR practices & regulations.
• Demonstrated good management & organizational skills.
• Ethical, resourceful, self-motivated & self-starter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good fluent written and oral English is

5. FIELD SUPER INTENDENT

Requirements:
• Min. 10 years experience with relevant position
• Experience in Reservoir Engineer, Production Engineering, and Optimization & Drilling
Engineering.
• Thorough understanding of safety and environmental practices.
