This business will serve as the Asia Pacific headquarters as well as the flagship oil and gas consultancy in the region. To continue our growth and success we are now recruiting regional experts to join our top-tier international team in cosmopolitan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities :

* To provide technical support and advice to clients on gas treating units;

* Involvement in design work for new amine and sulphur units;

* Perform troubleshooting and plant optimisation;

* Prepare process designs for revamps and new units, for both amine and sulphur units;

* Participate in acquisition activities and process designs for revamps and new units, for service work as well as licensing, including the design and/or operating of treating & sulphur units;

* Some regional travelling will be needed.


Requirements :

* Must have a BSc in Engineering or related disciplines. Post-graduate degree would be an added advantage;

* 5 - 10 years' working experience in a general contract engineering environment;

* Exposure to projects related to operating of gas treating & sulphur units will be positively considered;

* Proven track record in troubleshooting problems related to process control;

* Ideally, good experience in Excel and ability to code DLLs, macros, etc.;

* Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
